Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel, Stickers, etc.) Your custom gear is made fresh when you order it—no warehouse dust, just quality craftsmanship. Here's what to expect:

Where Your Order Ships From
Print-on-Demand Items: We partner with a global network of fulfillment facilities to get your gear to you efficiently. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your location.
In-Stock Items: Ship directly from our Colorado facility, bringing you that authentic mile-high quality.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work hard to keep shipping reasonable while ensuring your gear arrives safely.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking confirmation email once your order ships out. Keep an eye on your inbox—sometimes these emails like to hide in spam folders.

International Orders & Customs
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office about potential fees before placing your order.
Import Restrictions: Some countries restrict certain products. It's your responsibility to ensure the items you're ordering can be legally imported to your location.
Order Issues & Missing Packages

Ask your neighbors—couriers occasionally leave packages with them for safekeeping
If your shipping address was correct and you've checked these options, contact us at sales@5280offroad.com with your order number. We'll track down your gear.
Address Errors: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, we can send a replacement order, but you'll cover the shipping costs for the new shipment.
Wrong or Damaged Items
Gear arrived damaged or not what you ordered? We've got your back.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Before Processing: Contact us immediately at sales@5280offroad.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
After Processing: Once your print-on-demand items enter production or in-stock items have shipped, we cannot modify or cancel orders.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons and holidays, processing and shipping times may be extended. We'll post any expected delays on our website and social media channels.
