5280 Offroad is a Colorado-based off-road lifestyle brand operating as 5280 OFFROAD LLC. We offer both custom print-on-demand products and in-stock merchandise and accessories through our website at 5280offroad.com and 5280offroadco.com.

Print-on-Demand Items:  Custom apparel, stickers, and accessories made specifically for your order through our fulfillment partners.

In-Stock Items:  Recovery gear, accessories, and merchandise shipped directly from our Colorado facility.

Experiences:  Off-road trail rides, workshops, and events as offered and scheduled.

We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify pricing, or change product specifications at any time without notice.

4. Orders and Pricing

Order Acceptance:  All orders are subject to acceptance by 5280 Offroad. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing:  All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Order Confirmation:  You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and payment is processed.

Order Modifications:  Changes to orders may not be possible once processing begins. Contact sales@5280offroad.com immediately if you need to modify an order.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods:  We accept major credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

Payment Processing:  Payment is due at time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received and verified.

Currency:  All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).

Billing:  You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Full shipping details are outlined in our Shipping Policy. By placing an order, you agree to our shipping terms, including:

  • Processing times (1-7 business days depending on product type)

  • Shipping timeframes and costs

  • International shipping restrictions and customs responsibilities

  • Address accuracy requirements

Risk of Loss:  Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our complete Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these terms. Key points include:

  • Print-on-demand items cannot be returned except for our errors

  • In-stock items may be returned within 30 days (subject to 20% restocking fee)

  • Cancellation fees may apply (up to 10% of order value)

  • Claims for damaged/defective items must be made within 30 days

8. Intellectual Property

Our Content:  All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by 5280 Offroad and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Your License:  We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions:  You may not:

  • Use our trademarks or logos without written consent

  • Reverse engineer any aspect of our website or products

Third-Party Products:  Some items may be manufactured by third parties. We are not responsible for defects in third-party manufacturing beyond our return policy.

Maximum Liability:  Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service.

Excluded Damages:  We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data.

Activity Risks:  Participation in off-road activities and use of off-road equipment involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for your safety.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 5280 Offroad, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services, or your violation of these terms.

Fulfillment Partners:  We use third-party services for order fulfillment. These services have their own terms and policies.

Website Platform:  Our website is hosted on Wix, subject to their terms of service.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
