Our customization consultation helps you unlock its full potential by guiding you through upgrades, accessories, and build options tailored to your driving style and trail goals. Whether you’re starting with a stock 4x4 or planning a full build, we’ll help you choose the right path with expert recommendations and our trusted partners. Format: 1 Hour Consultation (in-person or virtual) Audience: Off-road enthusiasts ready to plan or begin vehicle upgrades Vehicles: Any 4x4 or AWD platform, stock or already modified Outcome: Clear, personalized roadmap for optimizing your off-road vehicle’s performance, safety, and capability Included: * One-on-one consultation with a 5280 Offroad expert * Build concept review & needs assessment * Recommendations for accessories, performance upgrades, and safety gear * Guidance on staging upgrades to match budget & trail goals * Post-consultation summary & next-step plan Price: $99 (applied as credit toward build services, installs, or full builds) At 5280 Offroad, we believe every rig tells a story. Cancellation Policy
5280 Offroad Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy At 5280 Offroad, we know life happens and plans change. Because our classes are small, hands-on, and require instructor prep, we’ve created the following policy to be fair to both our students and our instructors. Cancellation or Rescheduling (24+ Hours Notice) * If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or email at least 24 hours before your class or event. * With proper notice, you may receive a full refund or apply your booking as a credit toward a future course or event. Late Cancellations & No-Shows (Less Than 24 Hours Notice) * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are considered Late Cancellations. * Not showing up without notice is considered a No-Show. * In either case, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. This helps cover instructor scheduling, trail permits, and preparation costs that cannot be recovered at short notice. Important Notes * Credits or refunds are not available for Late Cancellations or No-Shows beyond the $50 fee charged. * If 5280 Offroad must cancel due to weather, safety, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. * By booking with 5280 Offroad, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding—our goal is to keep training accessible, fair, and respectful to everyone’s time while ensuring each student receives the quality experience they signed up for.
